In response to what can only be called a highly antisemitic NY Times article on Chassidic yeshivas, many Jews are speaking out. Note that not all are religious—it’s just that they recognize antisemitism when they see it. The danger is real, with the progressive wing of the Democratic Party pushing a socialist, anti-religion agenda. It is not far-fetched to imagine yeshivas threatened with closure, if they don’t agree to a dictat of impossible and improper changes to the curriculum.

Before you even get to the article, NYT’s headline is already bad: “In Hasidic Enclaves, Private Schools Flush With Public Money.” This plays on the trope of Jews as greedy and unethical with money.
