It’s always fun to see talking heads you normally see in suits, put on blue jeans and play rock music on a stage. Which is exactly what happened in Jerusalem, earlier this month, when US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman and Governor Mike Huckabee jammed together for an enthusiastic audience.
Actually, it happened twice. First time around, the two jammed on Lynyrd Skynrd’s Sweet Home Alabama on February 13.
On February 19, the ambassador kept his suit on while the governor went casual on their rendition of Chuck Berry’s Johnny B. Goode.
The band is back together again in Jerusalem! A great honor tonight to join Gov Huckabee and some great musicians to entertain an incredible group of US visitors to Israel. pic.twitter.com/tf5BemIQUI
