Louis Farrakhan, the notorious antisemite, is at it again with the allegations that sexual offenses stem from the Talmud. Needless to say, this is horrifyingly offensive and false. Such statements increase our difficulty in understanding the highly placed people who refuse to disavow Farrakhan, for instance, the Women’s March leaders.

It is never good when Jews are in the news for criminal activity. Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes reflect on us all. But to pretend that the Torah sanctions such evil behavior is an ugly lie, and the man should be shunned by all for saying such things. Period.
