So this just happened: US President Donald Trump appointed John Bolton as his national security adviser, a replacement for Lt.-Gen. H.R. McMaster. If you’re on the right side of the political spectrum, you’re thrilled. On the left? You’re outa luck, and making dire predictions of war.

Whether you’re to the right or left of things, know this: Bolton is one of the best friends Israel has ever had. He’s a smart cookie. On the two states for two people thing, Bolton had this to say in an interview with Breitbart in 2016: “Just as a matter of empirical reality, the two-state solution is dead.”

As the vast majority of Israelis would reply, “Amen!”
