Kenneth L. Marcus has been appointed assistant secretary for civil rights in the Department of Education. This has the left going out of its collective mind. Why? Because Marcus has criticized the Office for Civil Rights for failing to address what he calls “antisemitic incidents that masquerade as “anti-Israelism.”

If you google “Kenneth Marcus appointment” everything that comes up until the very last result on the first page of results, are the well-known anti-Israel websites, for instance, Mondoweiss, Electronic Intifada, and Richard Silverstein’s blog. The fact that they hate Marcus, makes him all the more attractive to the rest of us who know that Israel is a light unto the nations.
