British talk show host, Rachel Riley, happens to be Jewish in spite of her Irish surname. And she’s been fighting back against antisemitism coming at her from liberal Labourites. Now Riley has announced, in tandem with children’s book author JK Rowling, that the two are forming a breakaway Labour party.

If you’re thinking: here goes two celebrities who think they know about politics, think again. They’re being advised by key Tony Blair government advisors. Whether or not they have a chance of winning, at this point, doesn’t much matter. What does matter is that every vote for them, is a vote taken away from Corbyn, who frankly, is a frightening prospect as a potential, blatantly antisemitic prime minister.
